While you are out by the pool or on your private rooftop terrace enjoying the Mediterranean sun, it remains pleasantly cool inside with the air conditioning units in living room and bedrooms.
The entire house is equipped with atmospheric nature tiles and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. This property has its own private washer/dryer.
Via the terrace by the swimming pool you enter a spacious hall where you also find the washing machine/dryer.
On the ground floor is a large bedroom with two single beds (box spring), a large wardrobe, air conditioning, TV and a bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
A staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find the living area. In the cozy living room with comfortable corner sofa, dining area, TV, buffetkast and air conditioning there is also an open passage to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-pit electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine (both Nespresso and Senseo), electric kettle, large fridge, as well as passage to the spacious roof terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views on the vineyards and Massif des Maures.
The private roof terrace has a lounge couch and a outdoor dinning table fro 6 people. The Webber gas BBQ is available for the guests.
On the first floor, you will also find the very specious master bedroom with 2 single beds (box-spring), wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. This bedroom also has a luxurious bathroom en suite, with jacuzzi, shower and sink. And there is a separate toilet in the corridor. The master bedroom offers views on the vineyards and Massif des Maures, who doesn’t want to wake up to that…
The apartments at the Hameau are not suitable for people who are completely dependent on a wheelchair.
